plasmatic dev is responsible for your personal data. This is what we collect and why.
What we collect

| Purchases and receipts | To deliver what you bought and keep tax records. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see them |

We rely on our contract with you, our legal duties and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use ad trackers.
Who we share it with
We only share what’s needed with the services that run this for us: Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (payments and re-seller payouts), Discord (sign-in and server roles), and Cloudflare and Render (hosting). Some of them may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires, usually six years.
Cookies and storage
This website doesn’t use cookies or tracking. If you sign in to your account, we only store what’s needed to keep you signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it, by messaging us on Discord. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
